I am looking for an electric valve, like a tee, that can switch flow back and forth between 2 outlets, like a sqwid only activated by an electric switch. Must be 1 12" inlet and outlet.

Can anyone point me in the direction of such an item,?

I used to have a valve like the one you are looking for. It was a Hayward 3 way actuated valve. The rotation of the valve was controlled by my aqaucontroller. They work great. Just to let you know, I sold mine b/c it was overkill for my small tank and not b/c of any problems.

Custom aqautics sells them. They are pricey though. $300-400. They occassionally appear on ebay. I was able to get mine at a local plumbing store .

Hope this helps.

You could actually make one yourself much cheaper by using 2 selenoid valves. You might be able to get the selenoid valves at Home Depot or Lowes in the automatic sprinkler section.I'm sure you know a selenoid valve opens and closes by electric current. You might even be able to find the exact valve your looking for. There must be some sprinkler systems that switch between two outlets.
