my seio 1100 is spiting out large amount of bubbles at intervals. What wrong?

Has anyone had the situation before? I just installed it in my tank today. How can I fix it? thanks

Is it close to the surface? My M820 was creating a little vortex to the surface and actually sucking air until I move it down a bit.
