I have 115G high, 48x18x31 tank. It's 31" high. I like to keep softies, LPS and bubble tip anemones.
I don't want MH even though that will be the perfact lighting.

Will 4 x96Watt PC (all 10K) work for softies, LPS and BTAs for this tank?
Do i need a fan or other cooling for 4x96W PC? They will be installed in a canopy with back side open.
What do you think?

I would look at T5 rather then PC the bul replacement factor alone will pay for itself in a little over a year. PC last about 6-9 months and T5-14-18 months but the GE can last up to 24 months on the triad ballasts. Go to reefgeek.com and others for prices. Also PC can run just as hot as MH so yes you would needa fan or two to cool them off. T5's in a canopy would need a fan or two as well but produce less heat ten PC. do a search for T5 and look at the T5 cautionary note thread it is a good one. Just remember you will get the urge to upgrade to other corals so keep this in mind.
