3M sticky tape on lights from autolumination.com reef-safe?

Pretty simple question. Those lights have a circle of 3M tape on the back and to be lazy I was going to stick it on the bottom of the tanks center brace. Not sure if anything from the glue might be toxic though.

I wouldn't think the tape is anything to worry about. I would be concerned about the proximity of the lights to the water however.

They're waterproof suposedly. I went ahead and mounted it last night. With this tank being reef-ready it shouldn't ever touch the water anyway. Thanks.
