IO or oceanic?

sorry if this had been posted before but i tried a search and couldn't find it so here goes IO or oceanic im starting my tank in a couple of weeks and needed some good info on it thanks

I've used IO for the past 10 years, and haven't seen convincing evidence to switch to anything else. :)

FWIW, Oceanic is not the best choice, IMO. There are a variety of others that you might consider, such as Tropic Marin, but Oceanic has some odd philosophies in terms of what to add and how much, making no attempt to match natural seawater in terms of calcium magnesium (both too much), strontium and borate (left out because they believe them unimportant), etc. Makes me wonder what other choices they have made about it without telling us.
