I'm looking for any reviews on chillers or personal recommendations?

My tank is 3ft and located in the living area so the quieter the better.

I had a tank in the living room.

I have the JBJ Artica. It is quiet enough. Now it sits in the dining room on a bigger tank and is quieter than the pumps.
