I want to start a thread of tank pics and full info so nubbies like I was 2 years ago can look at what works and what doesn't.

I would first like to give some info on my system.

58 Gallon (36x18x21)

Filtration
Amiracle HOB overflow to 20 gal sump

Filter sock to
Split for 8 gal refuge (Live rock wall on one side Cheato ball on other 25x tunover as per Anthony Calfo's reccomendation and
Euroreef ES5-3 (with gate mod and waiting to hear about any other mods and ozone injected) to
Carbon(1cup changed every three weeks) to
Rio 2100 return to seaswirl

2 Croecea clams (grew 1/2 in in first 2 months)
1 teardrop Maxima
Cleaner Shrimp
Mithrax crab for small valonia
Large Sebae Anemone

Corals
Montipora Cap, Digi, encrusters
Acro Stag, Milli, Sameosis, Bali Blue tip(sp??????)
a few lps, zoos and coralmorphs in lower light

Lighting
4x 39watt t5 3-11k, 1-20k on Icecap 660(pushing 80watts a piece)

Calcium Supplementation
1.5 tablespoons of Kalk dissloved in 1 gal RO dripped every night

Water moverment
Currently 2xMJ1200 (600gph) +500gph return
Upgrading this week to mag 12 on closed loop although I really want some tunzes they jus take up too much room.

I moved the tank a month ago and have not been able to get the ORP beyond 300mv without going beyong 25mg/hr. I do water change of ~10gal per week. My skimmer is only doind about 1 cup per week. When I mover I nearly doubled the amout of rock and lost a fish.

What I am looking for from fellow reefers?

Personal experiences or tips beyond some of the threads and books that will help me build a wonderful and healthy reef enviroment.

Upgrades coming this week
Phosban reactor and Purigen to help with organics and strainer for Closed Loop.

OK it's not much but here goes..

It's a fairly basic FOLR setup.

http://www.pontiacs.org/pics/projects/aquarium/IMG_0835.JPG

55 Gal tank I've had for 6 years.
DIY Stand, 2x4,4x4 construction
now up to about 100lbs LR (getting ready to move up to a 90)
40lbs Carib-Sea sand.
Lights are 2 -40w NO's
Innovative Pro 75 Sump with Skimmer and HOB overflow
HOB modified with a Stockman stand pipe and 1" bulkhead
Bioballs removed from sump (never used em..)

Powerheads
2 penguin 550's
1 maxijet 1200

Sump Return was a Rio 2100, recently switched to a Mag 7
Moved Mag externaly to lower tank temps, didn't help much at all.
Tetra 5w Mini UV filter.. (I don't know if this thing is doing any good but it's still there)

The Salty Criters

Fish
Klein Butterfly
Wardley's Wrase
Lawnmower Blenney
Maroon Clown

Inverts
somewhere around 20 hermets (mix of red and blue legs)
20 or so snails
Emerald Crab
Cucumber (LR hitch hiker) Not sure of the species.. brown with white spines.

Corals (all LR hitch hikers)

What I believe is a Green Montiporia
a small colony of Button Polyps the clown is playing host to
A smaller group of Star polyps.

The Future

Either the AGA 90 I have in the garage or this thing

http://www.pontiacs.org/pics/projects/130tank/IMG_1528.JPG

Will be 130gal if the project works out.
60w x 28h x18d, eurobrace, internal overflows and a CL with 2 1.5" inlets. 6 1/2" Loc Line returns through bulkheads in the eurobrace plus 2 more for the sump returns (total of 8)
CL pump would be a sequence dart.

Future lighting will be 2 400w HQI's with Luminarc III Mini reflectors

sump will be DIY from either a 40L on the 90 or a 55 on the 130.
External DIY skimmer, remote DSB fuge and chato
Return pump will be a Sequence Goby
