I'm going to fill my 55 gallon fish-only aquarium with LR to prepare for corals, but I don't know which LR to buy. All the LFS prices are too high, so I looked on the internet. This LR ( http://www.liveaquaria.com/product/....cfm?pCatId=397 ) is very cheap and looks great from the pic, so I was thining of buying it. I know I have to pay shipping and cure it again, but why would it be so cheap?

They are cheap because they are a huge business that can buy in bulk and pass the savings on to you.

Sort of like the wal-mart of saltwater.

I got mine from fishsupply.com. My tank is 250 gal, they told me place order 5 boxes and recommended pick up at airport near my house it came overnight and still can smelling fresh ocean and saving lots of shipping cost.I love it......

I don't know if Petsolutions made a mistake or not but when I ordered 90lbs of Fiji rock they only charged me shipping on one box so I ended up paying just under $3 a pound. The rocks in the shipment werent the greatest but it was cheap. Although my friend ordered a box of rock from them the next week and it lived up to its premium name. So maybe I just got a load of rock that arrived via sailboat.
