Moving tank.....question about cyanobacteria........

I"m about to move my tank to a larger one.....only problem is there is cyano that has covered everything in the tank, from my sand, rocks, corals, and even hermit shells! What's the best method for getting this stuff clean, or is it even possible? thanks

It won't happen overnight. First, try taking a turkey baster and "blasting" the cyano off your rocks, etc. Then, scoop it up with a new.

when moving your rock and gravel try to clean off the rock and substrate as best you can. you might want to increase your current also.
