Atinic intensity.

I currently use NO fluorescent lights(4 10000K, 1 atinic), to light my 75G w/DSB & LR. Yesterday, I replaced the ballast for my 4 10000K lights to over-drive them 2 times. I was wondering if atinic lighting needs to be as intense to?

It does not need to be IMO, but your color will be slightly different, since the actinic will be drowned out by the 10k lights. You still get the same lighting properties for you inhabitants (actinic wise anyway), you coloring will just change.
