FS: 180g in-wall setup

Do to some issues with my basement beyond my control, I need to downsize from my 180g and move to a smaller tank upstairs (or possibly no tank at all). So, I have the following for sale. They will not go until I have my new smaller tank setup as I currently have no other place to keep my inhabitants:

180g Oceanic RR: $450
- This is drilled and plumbed to be used in an in-wall setup. It is also configured for a closed loop if needed. All plumping included.

Stand for use with an in-wall application (rock solid, 2x6 construction): $75

OM 4-way: $300 Only a few months old, new magnetic drive style

Sequence 4200 SEQ-12 with saltwater seals: $200 Only a few months old. Currently in use as the close loop pump.

EVC 250w MH Retro kit has 10k included (only a few months old): $145

ETSS 800 dual down draft skimmer: $275

Let me know if your interested. I might have a smaller tank lined up if I can sell my tank and stand. Shipping is extra. I will not ship the tank or stand.

I am keeping the live rock for my smaller tank. I may have a sump forsale if it doesn't fit under the new tank. I will let you know.

Is the lighting unit for sale only one 250w MH? Can you provide a picture of the lighting unit?
