I found a place where I got some 3.5" acrylic tube. Its just small enough to fit into my miter saw. I have a small handsaw with a plywood blade, but I couldn't get squared up cuts with that. I still plan on building some kind of jig to hold it extra tight, but I was looking for a place online where I could order a really good 10" blade to cut the acrylic. I plan on using the tube to make various reactors, so square cuts are very important. Two questions.
1. What is the perfect blade for this? Carbide tipped? How many teeth? what kind of rake?
2. Where can I order the blade.
