Moved to Tulsa when I got married in 2000. I come back to Enid often to visit family and friends. Have you got a chance to take one of the new trainers out? I always wanted to become an AF pilot but have astigmatism, so no wings for me.

Nope I'm in the Tweet. The T6 is the plane you're talking about. It's nice, but there's nothing quite as classic as the T37. It's been around training AF pilots for like 50 yrs.

I heard Leonardo's got a T-37 simulator open to the public. I might try to check it out the next time i'm in town. I would love to get behind the stick. Like you were saying the "tweet" is a classic. I use to watch them fly over my parents place for hours when I was a kid.
