I almost commented on his "self portrait" at the end of his posts when he started the Darwin quotes, but I decided to hold my tongue (finger?) (in any case, it doesn't happen that often :D )

Hi,

Well, it must have been a Freudian choice. :D I noticed the similarity shortly after I picked the image for my sig file.

CD liked a longer beard than I prefer.

Now if only I could have the influence that he has had. :D

And the wealth.... He was from a well-to-do family and married well (to Emma Wedgewood - of the Wedgewood China family). He was born on the same day as Abraham Lincoln. Interesting that two of the most influential men of the 19th century were born on the same day. :D
