Outstanding customer service

I recently ordered a canister filter from pet solutions. When it arrived, the outlet tube leaked. I called today, explained the problem and was told it would ship today. An hour and a half later, I received shipping conformation for the order. Outstanding customer service: Friendly and knowledgeable on the pphone, no hassles, order received promptly when first ordered. They(PS), will definately get alot more of my $$$. Get vendor to work with, Craig.:D

I have used them numerous times and my experiences have always been great...they correct problems, are very customer oriented...had a delivery person leave a nano aquarium on my front porch, despite written instructions on where to deliver it to if no one was home, and they sent a replacement and took up the missing nano with the delivery outfit...Great people to do business with....quick shippers

I was really surprised at the ease of dealing with them. No questions, just okay..... another one is on the way. I will be ordering from them again in about a week. As far as I'm concerned, they have earned my money with their service.
