Anyone know what this is?

There's this whitish yellowish growth on one of my LR, Not real attractive, Does anyone know what it is ? and how to get rid of it. I'm upgrading to a 125 gal & don't really want this thing in there.

Take the rock out and scrub it off.Not sure what it is.......maybe a type of vermitid snail,but the base looks like sponge .How big is it?Is it hard or soft?

It looks like sponge from what I can tell. Are you able to pull it off easily?

It's soft & when I pulled some off I coulnd't get it completely from the rock.
