Has anyone receive an issues of this, is it worth the money ??

Yes I have a subscription.
Is it worth it? I think so, it was like $37 a year, about the size of the large bottle of DT's...
I've got only one issue so far, it is definatley a well put together mag. Lots of nice illustration, and indept articles. I enjoyed it and will continue to subscribe. But I typically like to read/buy reef related books and periodicals etc.
