Has anybody used this place for live copepods, anthipods or mysid shrimp? Their prices look really reasonable.
Is there a better place to order from?

Giving you a bump, I do need some too, but I am concerned about shipping in this heat....I wonder if they will survive?

I order from Paul all the time. Matter of fact I ordered 200 mysid last week before I left for IMAC. All 200 arrived alive and healthy, and you know what the temps were like here in NJ last week.
Falconut, just in case you are wondering, USPS Priority will be to your door in 2 days, no need to upgrade to overnight shipping.

I would wait until the weather cools, too hot to risk right now. In the past when I ordered, I'm not exactly sure the count was there; not that I counted each one. Also, the packing is just bagged, rubberbanded, newspaper, box. No insulation, that's why I suggest waiting.

I've ordered from Paul (amphipods and mysid) and they survived the cross county trip (FL to CA) in the heat w/o any problems.

Most of his invert foods include USPS Priority shipping, you will only get a shipping price if you upgrade to overnight, which I believe is $30.
I have ordered from him in the dead of winter and the heat of summer and have never had an issue. Most stuff he sells is native to Florida waters so they can handle the change in temperatures when being shipped, hence the lack of insuation or heat/cold packs.
