question of the day - can I make a calcium reactor from these?

I have 2 of these that I am not using:

My thoughts are that these would be awesome as calcium reactors. If I could modify it as a reverse flow CR (like the $200 and a day thread)

They are already modular, so hooking them together would be no problem.

Suggestions? I have never had a calcium reactor, so don't really no much about them (other than what I have crammed the last couple of days)

my opinion would be to sell those 2 filters and buy the parts from the $200 and my day off thread you mentioned, ive browsed that thread, seems like a good idea, and they are getting the results!
