Minimum salinity for seagrass

Was curious what the lowest you could keep turtle grass at. When I looked online i got anywhere between 11-15ppt. What I would like to do is keep mangroves, turtle grass, and fiddler crabs in the same aquarium.

my salinity is kept at 1.026sg for mangroves and turtle grass in the same tank.

Not sure about fiddler crabs...
