Spot on Toadstool (pic)

My toadstool has recently developed this yellow spot and it seems to have a bit of slime-substance coming off of it. It has been dormant for the last day and I thought it was just because an aiptasia was stinging its base (killed it). It has perked up and I noticed this area of deadness. I just used pickling lime paste to kill some aiptasia and was wondering if it is some kind of disease of if some of the lime burnt it. Any suggestions?

Also it has started to fully inflate for a couple hours then it deflates. It then inflates again but the tenticles dont come out. Today is the first day in about 3 days that the tenticles have come out.
