has anybody talked to them in the last month? ive called, left messages and e-mails but nobdy has called me back or replied. im trying to get a black longnose tang. anybody else know where i can get one near the west coast?

I emailed them last week regarding availability of a fish and got a response within 24 hours.

You may have to go online. marinedepotlive, petsolutions. I got mine from petsolutions been doing fine for 6 months.

ok so ive left messages and emails and no responce still. its very disappointing what service they apparently have. ive been reading some of the older threads and this seems to be a long standing problem. with the prices these guys have ud think they would be a little more customer friendly. it wouldnt be a big deal if this fish wasnt so hard to find.

Very poor service and communication on top of very high prices.There are much better retailers to use.You may have to wait a while to find your tang.You could try calling Dr. Mac or Reefermadness to see if they can locate one for you.
