I am using a dart on a closed loop for my 90g. I have one 2" drain coming from the tank and am planning on using an OM 4way. My questions are; how strong will the suction be through that drain? Is the pump going to be powerful enough to handle 6 outputs instead of the 4 I am planning on?

If you're using an OM 4-way then you probably aren't using all 4 outlets at once, are you? Please explain...its not clear what you are asking.
FWIW, you should be fine with the 2" drain.

I wanted to have two that are going to be on all the time.

well i just plumbed my closed loop system on my new 125. i'm using the OM 4-way with a Sequence Barricuda. I'm using 2 - 1.5" inputs and 4 - 1" outputs. The suction on the 2 - 1.5" inputs is pretty noticeable. Probably enough to get a small fish stuck on it. On 2 - 2" it will probably be less noticeable though. as far as it being powerful enough to run 6 outlets....well it won't be running all 6 at a time. most likely you bought one of the drums that only has 2 ports open at a time. you could scale each port down to 3 - 3/4" outlets and probably be fine.

I have decided to only use one 2" input....hope that it does not become a death trap

I don't think it will. I run a Hammerhead with 2 - 2inch intakes and I have been good. With 1 intake I killed a couple of snails and shrimp.:(

I use 2 1.5" intakes...I also built a "box" with 1/4" slots in it to fit over the bulkheads to use as a sort of strainer/diffuser.
