MH Hanging?

Hi all what is the best way to hang your lights? I need to hang 4 ROIII MH pendants over a 8ft tank. Would you hang them all individually or on a bay joining them all up? Would like to have the lights adjustable just for cleaning will be very convenient to me, any pics or just show they have done it would be most appreciated – done a heap of searching (eyes are saw) and couldn’t find much that suited
