VHO lighting

One of my vho lights started flickering on and off. I still cant get it to stop so whats wrong with it.

The only times mine has flickered is when they were not well connected to the endcap.

Assuming that they are seated properly, check the endcaps to see if you're forming an intermittant short.

Is the "bad" bulb the only one on the ballast, or is there another?
