Aquacontroller or windows issue

My aquacontroller works fine love it. except that when I leave Aquanotes running at some point not sure how long it takes but the aquacontroller will eventually give the message of not responding? Is this a windows or AC issue? I am not windows literate but can figure things out if i know what to look for or at. Anybody have similair problems? I'm running Aquanotes 3 and Windows XP Corporate SP2.

If I had a copy of that thing I might be able to help you, however that type of error occurs generally when a query is made and there is no response. It is possible that you have a screen saver running or some power setting that could do this.

It is also possible that the software is having some kind of address conflict.
