lighting 40 gallon breeder

i am in the process of setting up a 40 gallon breeder tank to house softies only but i dont want to have to buy any new parts

i currently have a wh7 ballasts that i will be using on it to run 2x96 wat pc bulbs and will be adding a moonlight strip for nighttime viewing as well to give blue tones to the water

heres the first question what kelvin ratings do u reccomend i.e. 2 10k, 1 10k and 1 50/50, 1 actinic & 1 10k etc.......

i would like to use the bulbs that will give me the most growth and provide the most amount of light which are the best bulbs

also is the 2x96 really enuff i cant really purchase another ballasts but i can possibly add an NO ballasts and run additional light if necessary what would you reccomend
