lighting question power compacts 75gal

What will a 96w x 4 current usa lighting system allow me to keep in a 75 gal (48x18x20) aquarium w 3" sand bed?

I am trying to avoid getting a metal halide setup.

Pretty much any soft coral and lps. In my opinion I wouldn't do clams or sps, but there may be people who say you can keep these under PC's
