i just recieved my tidepool s.o.s. marineland overflow and i have it all set up but i can't get it started. are both of the tubes supposed to have water that flows from the aquarium into the sump? do i have to buy another tube that goes from the sump pump to the aquarium? after i do this how can i start it?

One tube is for the normal flow. The other is an "overflow" for the overflow. If the main drain in the back of the overflow get clogged somehow, the other line will take up the difference.
