How do you ship Chaeto?

How do you usually ship chaeto? Dry with wet newspaper, fully in water, or any other method...thanks

I shipped mine to Virginia. It was half in water & half out of the water in a plastic bag. It arrived perfectly fine.

either way works, but i prefer to ship in water.
