no bulbs, no pics right not.

I am telling you one is still in the bubble wrap one has never been fired.

The other on used to test bulbs and see if it worked, works great

These ballast are 35.00 each from hello lights and come with two pairs of end caps for that price. So if your motivated Ill give ya 50.00

I belive the freebie hellolights is throwing in is the endcap mounts not the actual endcaps. They are an additional $19.50 for 2 pairs. The powercord is also a $3.50 add on so new they would be ~$58 each setup.

I just bought an icecap 660 or I would be all over this deal.
