Not the catepillar weed, the stuff hanging off it. Is it dyno's? It's nasty and I'm having a hard time getting rid of it.

My water specs are:
Big three = 0
pH = 8.1/8.4
SG = .33ppt
Temp = 80/82
Lights = 2x96w, 1 10K 1 03 (10/12hrs respectivly)
The tank has been running for 3 months & I feed small amounts daily/every other day. When I say small amounts I mean I haven't used the 1/2 of the two cube packs I got 3 months ago - lol.
