trying to catch maroon clown

anyone got any Ideas on how to catch him? dismantaling the tank is not an option and i've tried just about everthing I can think of kinda at my wits end. help please:mad2:

they usually sleep in the same spot. After lights are out they should be pretty easy to snatch.

I am right at this moment using a trap and have caught my cleaner wrasse yellow tang and a chromis but no maroon I think if I didn't have a shaved head I would start to pull m hair out!!!!!
