Mount Frags with this stuff?

Does anyone use this stuff to mount their frags?

If so, is there anything better? It takes so long to harden & I have too much water flow...it knocks everything over :(.

ya, i use it, it sucks, i wanna know if there is anything better too.

I use that for frags on a rock, and loctite on loose stuff
