foamy unclear water!!!

i finally set up my new tank. it is a 10g. i bought a buch of live rock from a fellow reefer. she also gave me about 15 lbs of playland sand from the carribean. the thing is i put all the rock in my tank and the existing sand i had already bought some cloudiness but it cleared. but i put in the playland sand today and the tank got super cloudy and the top water is foamy. the water pars. were ammonia .0 nitrite.0 nitrate.15 these are all approx
the thing is the lr had some really cool shrooms all over it. will i lose them? i hope not but i can handle the truth. and if i do will it start another cycle?
i know its long sry i kinda worried

It should be fine and I really doubt that it'll start a cycle, shrooms will be fine.

Sandstorms happen often in the ocean. After it settles down, take a turkey baster and blow the sand off the rocks and corals.

its not a suspended sand foggy its like a dirty foggy and i have done a 20% water change with little or not effect.

It'll subside in time....

A skimmer and some carbon will help clarify the water, but if it's sediment then it will settle as dymaxiun mentioned.
