sounds like a scheme to me. If I were you i'd buy live pods from inlandaquatics.com. In fact, I did buy them from there like a year ago, and it was a good thing.

I really can't understand why anyone would spend money on pods of any sort. They breed like crazy in any established reef system. And if you have a fuge woth any type of macro especially Cheato you should have millions of pods. I just added a Ecosystems HOB fuge to my 30 cube about 3 weeks ago and the cheato is already saturated with tons of pods and they were all free. My local LFS sells a small bottle of live pods for around $25.00....What a total rip off!! Buying a little bottle of pods isn't (IMO) going to make a world of difference. I think it is a total waste of money! Just my $.02

I bought a bottle from my LFS and now my tank is teeming with them. I poured some in my main tank and some in to my fuge/sump. Seemed worth it to me. My fish think they are yummy too.
