Wil lthis Light be any good for a 125?

72" Coralife Lunar Aqualight Moonlight Hood 4 x 96 watt power compact bulbs. Built in fans. And 4 Lunar Moonlights.

Would this light be good for a 125 gal tank, I would like to start some softies (shrooms, xenia, zoos etc.) would this light be any good?

how deep is your tank?

the shrooms, and zoos should be ok. but that's probably about it

Standard 125, i think its almost 2' deep.

It will be fine. I have a 24" tall 125 as well and use the 6x96 watt PCs. As it is, we use 4x96 for about 13 hours of the day then the other two daylight bulbs come on around 2:30 and go off around 7pm. We have all kinds of LPS, softies, a clam and a few SPS. Depending on what you want to keep, you'll be fine. Look at my gallery.
