and how often should I feed them? It's under 130PC's in a 20gl long

what kind of plate??? montipora, fungia??

i assume fungia, and if so then low flow and you can feed them when you want, or not feed them they dont have to be fed. just enough to move the tenticles alittle.

its real easy to do a montiporia plate is a SPS and a fungia plat eis a LPS shaped like a circle with a mouth in the center of it

Definitely a fungia, they do enjoy to eat, either mysis shrimp or even a krill every once in a while, it's not necesary to feed them but definitely will help. Low to medium flow is good and keep it on the sand.
