fuge flow

I was currious how much flow i should have in my fuge. i have a 75g tank with a 20g long sump and then a 12-14g fuge. the fuge is supplied with water from the pump that returns the water to the display tank, the pipe is branched off, part goes to the fuge and part to the display tank. There is not much flow in the fuge, i am guessing my pump is putting about 150-175 GPH in there. do i need to add a power head to my fuge to get more flow around the live rock?
