O2 testing???

Hello,

Do people also test the water for O2 ??? and why would that be. Wouldn't water with too much O2 be very good to the fish ???

You would think that the more O2 the better, but I have heard that fish can actually die of O2 poisoning..

I wondered about this myself, but its been a while since I've seen a DO (Dissolved Oxygen) test kit

Salifert makes an O2 test kit that I use from time to time. It might be possible to get too much O2 in a reef tank, but you'd have to try pretty hard, I think.
