quicktime help

i want to record my clowns spawning and post it here. when i download a vidoe to my computer it is in quicktime how can i post it here? my web site for photos wont accept the quiktime video.

any answers much appriciated.:D

ok this sucks...site says can take two weeks to post your video. most likely censorship issues.. someone say superbowl?!
