ich lives through formalin! HELP

So I'm in the proccess of moving and my tank had ich. Not a problem but I figured since I was moving I could take care of the problem. My lion, rabbitfish, and snowflake have been in a 20g long qt and I have been dosing with formalin for 2 weeks. As directed on the bottle. The lion looks great, but somehow the rabbit is still getting ich spots every couple days! I will do a 40% water change at the 2 week mark (which is tommorrow) and maybe that will help?! Any one with an idea on a different medacine/ approach/ treatment plan would be greatly apprectiated.
