Six-Line Wrasse- Popeye?

I got a new six line wrasse a few days ago, and he was fine.
Today, he is still acting normal, but one of his eyes is definitly "popped out" more than the other. Is this popeye?
What would cause this, and what can I do to fix it?

Sounds like an eye injury .. often caused during the netting of the fish. These types of injuries often cure themselves so long as you maintain good water quality.

If the injury show signs of getting worse over the next week you should consider QTing and treating with antibiotics.
