June Meeting

I guess its time to hype the June meeting, who,what,when & where????:mixed:

I will annouce the particulars on June 4th. It is Angela Shorts turn and this meeting should be on a Sunday, but I will not have any specifics till then.

I am out of town on a mission trip until June 3rd otherwise it would be sooner. I am actually leaving in about 5 hours.

I didn't know we rotated Saturdays and Sundays but that is fine by me. FYI I live in Thompson Station, right before Spring Hill where saturn is located. It takes about 25 min. to get to the harding exit where my hubby works for a time referance for anyone comming from Nashville way. My adress is 2796 New Port Royal RD Thompson Station, TN 37179 for anyone needing to get mapquest directions. I am not sure which way they will bring you in but I am very easy to find. I guess wogglin will set up the time? I haven't ever done this so I will let him get back and then we will start a head count thread.

We alternate so those that work weekends get a better shot of making some of the meetings.

Actually I thought we had agreed that the person who hosts the meeting sets the day and time... Sorry to contradict you wooglin but that is how we have been running the meetings for a while now.

I have a birthday in east TN on the 4th and a company picnic at the zoo back in Nashville on the 5th :( Sorry Mimi. I was thinkin the 11th (Sat) or the 12th (Sun) but would be open to the 18th or 19th but that is putting the meeting closer to the end of the month. Just whatever will work for the most people will work for me. I plan on supplying the food. BBQ pork, that can be hot for late people, chips, potato caserol, a desert, tea and a few sodas. If someone wants something else they can bring it. I have no presentation of sorts planed, just good fellowship with friends. If someone wants to have a topic feel free to get with the right people to do this. My tank is BB so that could be a topic but I am not much of a public speaker even tho I do talk alot! That could be a subject to talk on. Or debate on depending on how you look at it :).

i dont know topics at past meetings, as i am new to the club, but one on symbiotic relationships would be pretty cool, just putting an idea out.

Real interrested in checking out your bb setup angela. I usually work sundays, but can probably get off at an acceptable time to at least get there late. I'm with you on the "just good fellowship with friends" thing.

Normally Sat. or Sun. 2nd weekend of the month, with host choosing day and time.

In what? Donating a door prize :) I get to put in 2x since I am hosting! Finns is the closest to me about 15-20 min. away. Tim is a real nice guy. I was planning Sat. the 11th but can do a Sunday if that works better for more people to make it fair.

Angela you set the the day and time. I misunderstood, and thought we were still alternating between Sat. and Sun to accomodate the people that work weekends.
