Lemon Peel in 29g

I have a 29g tank which I will be using as a sump for my 100g FOWLR when we move, and was wondering if I could keep a Lemon Peel Angel, with a Yellow Watchman Goby in there for a few months.

They will then be moved to the 100g FOWLR.

If they are juvenile specimens, a short period shouldn't hurt.
