ok last time i ran vho i messed up the end caps .. i had to force the bulbs in to some of them. some had tight fits somne had loose. doing this caused my dimmer to constantly blow. once i removed the screws and rested vho on tank glass everything was fine
my Q is has anyone ever use the guilotien style ( swings around 4 bulbs and locks them in place) and then just attach the endcaps and just let the wires dangel a little. maby tape them up but the endcaps( german 3 piece) will no be scrweded on.
Or should i try to make the endcaps slightly movable ( put them on a 2 inch long track). this could be done really easily either way. what would you do?
