How long have you had your yellow tail wrass. After mine ridded the tank of planaria It never ate anything.

I've had him about 8 months. He eats pods and brine shrimp (frozen and live). It took awhile for him to start eating brine shrimp (about 3 months), but I got him to eat it by feeding live brine shrimp. Now he'll eat the frozen and live.

Yes, all lovely fat fishes. Congrats on kepeing two healthy mandarins in a 65g, and you have some other tough feeders in there with the anthias and the wrasse. Big refugium?

dkreef: i am not positive that they will eat them, but I've heard that they do.

gho: thanks greg!

NicoleC: thanks Nicole. Nope, the only refugium I have is one that I built, that is approximately 4"x4"x2", which holds chaeto (currently suctioned to the right side of my tank). I have plenty of rock work placed, so pods can reproduce in tank, without the worry of fish being able to get to them. Also tons of pods in the chaeto. The mandarins are really skinny when I bought them a year ago, and were approximately 1.5" from tail to head. They are now about 3"-4".
