I found the place who sells the ozonizer module.

The cost for the module is around 30 $ (1-100 ea) and 20$ (above 100 ea)

This is for the circuit board only, you need to do the assembly job.
Assembly job will be;

Find a case, put it into the case,
Connect to air pump, air drier, 12 volt power adaptor. wiring (soldering),
Put power sw or volume (this is optional)
Lettering the case with your logo (this is also optional :))

Here is the spec and photo

Ozone Generator module OT-012 (tube connection)
Ozone Production Rate : Max 80 [mg/h], variable (20~100% )

size (cm) : W91 * D64 *H30

Power requirement : 12V, min100 ~ max300 [mA] AC or DC

Does anybody have interest?

Zees! I can't post the pic of module, they say it is over 50k..

The company who made this part, is located in the Korea.

They made several differnent model, but this seems like the one for the reef tank. It has 1/4" hose barb for the air in/out

They say it made the ozone thru corona discharge tube (with the high voltage generating in the circuit)

thanks bugs

Ozone Production Rate : Max 80 [mg/h], variable (20~100% ) 80 mg isn't much, but it sounds like it would be a fun project!

I to am intersted.
Does anyone know how much remains in the air (after charcoal filtering).

swfishman,
[welcome]

The good thing about Ozone is that it is very unstable. Running a carbon bag on top of your skimmer (cover the air outlets) will remove any ozone of concern.

I agree, but after the ozone passes thru the reactor or skimmer, and then through carbon, there should be no ozone dissipated into the air. If there is, then maybe there is too much ozone pumped in.

Do you think this unit is similar to the enaly's?
I just recently got a red sea unit, not sure if they are worth that much though...

sorry to be a buzz kill. ;)

not only does the enlay unit not work with x-10. It disables your whole x-10 system, and no filter has been found that will isolate it. Maybe this setup with a good quality transformer wouldn't cause so much trouble.

Read all of THIS (http://archive.reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=517084) it explains it pretty well ;)
