The Jeffs in LA stock a lot of cheap soft stuff not too much to look at and prices are getting higher, Jeffs in Orange has a bit better stock but prices are a bit more on some and a lot more on other.

if your going to be in the area i'd also drop my Coral Oasis and Reef Collection, and Pacific Reef all 3 store stock alot of corals.

I also like Pacific Reef in Fountain Valley. Kinda pricey - but he has some cool stuff.

Aquarium City in Canoga Park is nice IMO. Not cheap, but nice.

Jeff's in Orange will match prices (including from there other shop) provided it doesn't go below their cost.

I'm not sure if you knew this but Marine Depot does will calls (tues - fri 10-5) and will also price match. They are in Anaheim

MD doesn't allow livestock pickup -- it's in a different facility, too.

Terry at Jeff's in Orange will match anything he can -- he's told me several times he'd rather have a sale that doesn't make him much money than not one at all.

I would try to contact steve tyree if you go out to see fragfarmer. They are right down the street from each other.

You can also check out www.rarefish.us they are in rowland heights I believe.

Fragfarmer has some really, really nice stuff so it's worth the extra drive to check him out, just call or pm him to check before you head out. he is ejocam on RC

If you go the other way towards the beach check out the "salty mile"

www.reefcollection.com is off of beach, tong's fountain valley is off of the next exit south and pacific reef is off the next exit south from tong's.

Black coral hawaii is also somewhere in that hood but we don't really shop there so I can't tell you where it is.
