What size heater for 75g with 30g sump?

I would actually get a 250 watt and 100 watt for backup.

I have two 150 watt heaters in my sump. I feel it's a good idea to use two for insurance. I have an all glass heater and a Ebo Jager. I like the Ebo Jager because the glass is really thick.

Sorry, I forgot to say that I have a 90 gallon with a 29 gallon sump.
